What Is Your Privacy Policy?

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Your data is used solely to book and maintain your services with us, and will never be sold or transferred to any external entity for their commercial use.

What Are Your SMS Terms and Conditions?

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include a response to an inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, and appointment confirmations. Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Where Do I Park?

The L&L Marketplace has parking in the back of the building for our guests. To access the parking lot, turn onto 39th Avenue North on Charlotte Avenue. You will see ample parking immediately on the right. To validate parking, please come inside and we will have a QR code for you to scan to receive 3 hours of complimentary parking.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Please give us a call or text at (615) 270-3050 within 48 hours of your appointment time.

Note: Please understand that there will be a 75% charge for services canceled outside of the 48-hour grace window.

What Is Your Late Policy?

We would like to help you relax before your appointment. Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are our new client, welcome! We are so grateful you chose us to assist you in your skincare journey. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can gather the necessary information to better assess how to maximize the use of your time.

We know running late happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Whether that is shorting your service, or rescheduling your appointment for another time. If you are running late, please give us a heads-up by calling or texting us at: (615)270-3050. We will do our best to help you.

What Is Your Return Policy On Products And Services?

Services: Services are nonrefundable. However, we stand behind our high-end efforts and will do everything possible to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Skincare products: For unopened skincare products, we will accept exchanges within 15 days of the purchase. If you are unsure about a product, we will provide a sample to try at home.

What Kind Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all forms of major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and Venmo are appropriate, and greatly appreciated, for tipping.

Studio Etiquette

Catalyst Beauty has a library-like atmosphere. We offer a quiet, zen environment to promote optimum rest and recovery. Please be respectful of your fellow patrons by entering the studio quietly and allow us the opportunity to assess your needs. During your treatment, conversation is encouraged; however, voice volume should be kept at a minimum and phones silenced.

When you arrive, please wait outside of the studio in the seating area. Our staff will come greet you to get you checked in for your appointment. This limits the amount of people in the studio and maintains social distancing. 

If you are not feeling well or exhibiting CDC-defined symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you let us know and we will reschedule your appointment.
